Refund and Returns

We generally do not accept returns on perishable food items.


However we may allow, to be determined on a case by case basis, and with the exception to
return new, unopened items(with a receipt). Also, with the original packaging within 30 days of
delivery for a full refund or exchange.


The product must be shipped back to Sabo Foods within 5 days of requesting the return/refund
We will inspect to ensure the product has not been opened and/or damaged for a refund
excluding the shipping cost. We will only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error (i.e you received an incorrect or defective item, etc). If you are eligible for a refund,
your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment
method only.
